What data do we process?

This website has no registration, no newsletter and no contact form, so we collect no account data.

If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your question. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Our hosting provider may keep technical logs, including a truncated IP address, to keep the service secure and available.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept for a maximum of twelve months after the last communication, unless a longer period is legally required.

Recipients and transfers

We never sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with our hosting and email providers acting as processors. No transfer takes place to countries outside the EEA without an adequate level of protection.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you may object to processing. Email info@sofie.be to exercise these rights.
